ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT
great time spacious room clean pool
I had such a GREAT time with the complimentary room upgrade I got. My room was so spacious and comfy I had all the space I needed to relax. The pool was big and clean. I also found it very easy to chill out with a cocktail!
The staff didn't seem like they wanted to help. A receptionist asked US to go back to our room and dial numbers WHILE we were at the reception. She could have assisted us right then and there!

I REALLY liked that there was a nice pool. The hotel offered included water activities like kayaking and snorkeling. Everything was really clean I must say.

clean room great view
the room was very clean with a great view. good food was available and tasty. the hotel employees were attentive and friendly, especially those at reception.
i did have to call three to four times for simple requests, a bit annoying

sea views comfortable bed room décor
my room offered fine sea views. i enjoyed the sunrise from my balcony each morning. i found the extra large bed very comfortable. the room had nice décor.
the internet service was sometimes slow.

the cinnamon staff offered a good service. i favored the fish option there. the restaurant had varied food options, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they always had fresh choices .
